How long does it take to process my order?

Most orders are ready to ship within 2 business days.
Personalized and custom items take 1-2 weeks to produce.

What shipping options do you offer?

USPS Ground (2-5 Business Days) – Standard shipping option.
USPS Priority Mail (1-3 Business Days) – Expedited shipping for faster delivery.

Do you offer international shipping?

Currently, I only ship within the U.S., but I may expand in the future!

Jewelry Details & Care

Are your earring hooks nickel-free?

Yes! All earring hooks are nickel-free. If you have concerns, I also offer .925 Sterling Silver or Plastic Hooks options on all earrings.

How should I care for my acrylic and wood jewelry?

Acrylic: Store in a soft pouch or jewelry box to prevent scratches. Avoid prolonged exposure to water and harsh chemicals.
Wood: Keep away from excessive moisture. If needed, wipe gently with a dry cloth.

Custom & Personalized Orders

Do you accept custom requests?

Yes! I love working on custom designs. If you’re interested in a personalized piece or a collaboration, reach out through the contact page to discuss your ideas.

Can I customize both sides of a pet tag?

Yes! Pet tags can be customized with a name on the front and a phone number or email on the back. Space is limited, so keep it short and sweet!

Returns & Exchanges

Do you accept returns or exchanges?

Since each item is handmade to order, all sales are final. However, if there’s an issue with your order, please contact me within 7 days of delivery, and I’ll do my best to make it right.
